Blake Hardwick
Blake Hardwick serves as Vice President, Senior Underwriting Counsel and Colorado Counsel for National Commercial Services office in Denver, Colorado. In his current role, he leads a group of 15 underwriters and counsel that regularly underwrite mechanic’s lien risk at all phases of construction projects, including ground-up construction, tenant finishes, rehabilitation, and CapEx.
Prior to joining First American, Blake practiced law at Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. in Phoenix, Arizona and then in Denver, Colorado. During his time at Snell & Wilmer, Blake represented lenders in secured and unsecured loan transactions, with a primary emphasis in commercial real estate banking.

Dan joined First American Title in 2014, prior to which he practiced at Latham & Watkins and Arent Fox (now Arent Fox Shiff), primarily focusing on commercial real estate transactions.
Dan received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002, and is admitted to practice law in Maryland the and District of Columbia.
