This session will cover the differences between the new form and the 2006 form. It will also provide new and revised defined terms, covered risks and exclusions, and more.

Jonathan Buss
Jonathan Buss is Senior Divisional Underwriting Counsel for the National Commercial Services division of First American Title Insurance Company. He underwrites transactions nationally with a focus on supporting the Utah, Seattle, Portland and Nevada operations.
Jonathan also co-chairs the Agricultural Practice Group and is a member of the Native American Lands task force.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kansas. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri School of Law. He is a member of the Utah State Bar and the Real Property Section.

Kirk Strandjord
Kirk Strandjord serves as Underwriting Counsel in Seattle for the National Commercial Services division of First American Title Insurance Company – a member of the First American Financial Corporation family of companies.
Kirk is an experienced real estate and contracts attorney with expertise in managing equity acquisitions; counseling clients on Municipal and County land use regulations; and navigating through land development projects.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science from the University of Washington. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
