Justin Lischak Earley is Chief Innovation Underwriter for First American Title Insurance.
Justin leads the Underwriting Innovation Team, a unique group of multidisciplinary attorneys and technologists who combine law, software, and design to tackle the hardest problems in real estate.
Justin read law at Duke, where he served on the Duke Law Journal. He clerked for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina in Raleigh, and practiced commercial real estate law in Atlanta, before joining First American.
Justin received his master’s degree in Informatics, and is presently working on his executive M.B.A., both at the University of California, Irvine.

Matthew is Lead Product Underwriting Counsel at First American Title Insurance Company and is enthusiastically driving the integration of new technologies into the title insurance industry. Since graduating from Wisconsin Law in 2012, Matthew has been deeply involved in the field of title insurance across all states and U.S. territories.
Recently, Matthew's interest has expanded into the realm of Generative AI. He co-authored a paper that delves into the significant contributions real estate attorneys can make to this technology, and how Generative AI can be applied within the title industry.
